SBT collects personal data relevant to the registration of the event, this includes personally sensitive elements such as name, e-mail and address. SBT collects data via forms filled in by website visitors, in the form of inquiries regarding SBT. All registration and payment takes place via the third party organization competitioncorner.net, this ensures the participants full right of return and insurance according to their registration process. SBT store e-mails and personal data related to the SBT event until the event is over on August 13, 2023, and 3 months ahead, this is to ensure that there are funds to process any inquiries following the event. According to the GDPR law, EVERYONE can write to SBT and request to have their personal data deleted. SBT reserves the right to 48 hours of administration time, from the receipt and approval of a request for this. Right of return

RETURN RIGHT

Registration for the SBT event takes place viawww.competitioncorner.net, in case of cancellation or return, the administration costs are incurred by competitioncorner.net.

Athletes can therefore only get their actual event registration amount paid back upon registration.

SBT reserves the right to an administration period of 30 days after the end of the event. And all refunds will be awarded at least on September 12, 2023.
For refunds, participants must remember to include via e-mail, original receipt when registering viawww.competitioncorner.net, names of participants, and refund account information.
WITH EXTRA PURCHASE of merchandise: If participants have purchased a team package, consisting of T-shirts and signs, there will be separate rules for refunding these. As a general rule, team packs cannot be refunded, as part of their production, with personal names on them, which cannot be resold. However, you can request to have them sent if you want this.
